About the Job

Look no further Bridor is building a new production plant in Salt Lake City, Utah, scheduled to be fully operational in January 2026. We are seeking a talented Plant Manager to join our Operations Office. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of building something entirely new, setting a new standard for Bridor manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in constructing the state-of-the-art facility and developing a committed and united team.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Plant Manager to oversee the entire process, from plant construction to the commencement of operations.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Job Location: Bringham City, UT

Position Responsibilities

  1. Plan, organize, direct, and control plant operations according to company objectives, budget, sales forecasts, and quality standards
  2. Participate in the company's business plan and implement annual action plans to support growth and achievement of objectives
  3. Prepare and manage the overall operating budget and ensure proper follow-up
  4. Assist in the preparation of production schedules, considering available equipment, projected sales, labor availability, and raw materials
  5. Evaluate employee performance and development under your control
  6. Address unforeseen situations and problems related to your function
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and develop a safe working environment
  8. Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement
  9. Participate in product development and ensure efficient transfer to production when required
  10. Focus on achieving business results
  11. Implement innovative ideas and methods of operations
  12. Ensure quality at all times

Position Requirements:

  • Effective communication with all employees
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and direct employees to positive results
  • Understanding and adherence to GMPs
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and BRC
  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience in an industrial industry, with at least 3 years in a plant manager/director position
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement processes is an asset
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Vineland, NJ; Bridgeport, CT; or Boucherville, QC (Canada) for two weeks per month during the first year
