We are seeking a high-energy performer to lead our team of scribes/medical assistants and medical historians (approx. 12 people total). Must have significant experience managing a team.

Our clinical team covers 3 offices and consists of both on-site and remote positions. This position is based in Beverly Hills and travel requirements are minimal.

Prior experience working in a medical clinic is highly valued but not required. We are open to hiring a talented manager from any field.

Job Type: Full-time (approximately 40 to 50 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month
Location: On-site in Beverly Hills (not a WFH position)
Starting Salary: $75,000

Job Description:
  • Manage our team of medical assistants/scribes and medical historians, including conducting trainings, auditing patient phone calls and clinical intakes, reviewing patient visit reports, providing feedback
  • Coordinating the clinic schedule to ensure proper staffing; make suggestions for changes as needed
  • Take direction from Medical Director and Director of Operations and implement changes or corrections for the team
  • Enforce clinic rules and policies
  • Master all clinical team processes and monitor them to ensure smooth and efficient operations; make suggestions for updates and improvement as needed
  • Solve problems independently and quickly (or bring to a supervisor when necessary)
  • Work closely with management team to maintain a consistently excellent patient experience
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director, Director of Operations, and other senior staff.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Substantial experience managing a team

  • Experience working in a clinical setting is highly valued but not required
