We have a Groundskeeper position at the following community:

  • We have the following groundskeeper position available:

    • Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments - West Cary

    Pay: $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Birthday is a paid day off

Job duties include: grounds pick up, cleaning common areas and amenities, pool cleaning, some landscaping, power washing, exterior painting, and some minor maintenance repairs.

At least 1 year of grounds/landscaping/janitorial and make ready experience is a plus.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who:

  • Takes pride in their work and ownership of their property
  • Is self-motivated and hardworking
  • Wants to be busy all day, every day
  • Has a helpful attitude, is friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service

Reliable transportation required.
