Position Description

  • Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.
  • Inspects all phases of services and operations for compliance of contractual provisions to include quality, health, safety, and other operational standards.
  • Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner.
  • Maintains quality control files.
  • Performs surveillance audits.
  • Issues internal corrective action report for all non-compliant processes and procedures.
  • Assists section supervisors with determining root causes of non-compliant processes and procedures.
  • Documents results of all inspections.
  • Uses technical manuals (TM), technical bulletins (TB), and written directives in the performance of all inspections.
  • Performs inspections of Technica Transportation programs.
  • Performs inspections of Technica Maintenance programs.
  • Performs inspection of Technica Supply programs.
  • Performs follow-up inspections on all implemented corrective and preventative actions.
  • Documents Audits, ICARs and All supporting documents using the QT9 software.
  • Tracks licensing and certification requirements across the program.

Required Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident for more than 3 years for CAC/ NACI eligibility.
  • Must be eligible to obtain post access and maintain a Common Access Card.
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of logistic operations to include military supply, maintenance, and transportation processes.
  • Must have minimum of 2 years of previous military Quality Control Inspector experience or a minimum of 4 years of Quality Control Inspector experience.
  • Must have a general familiarity with military manual content and structure.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must possess a current and valid state driver's license.
  • Must be highly proficient in the following Microsoft program: Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and Share point.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. As well as stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
  • Be able to pick up and move items within a 49-lb restriction.
  • Be capable of climbing on equipment at 10 feet or more above ground limit.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment or alone, to include working in inclement weather.
