Job Summary:
Frank Kent Cadillac is seeking a driven and experienced Cadillac Salesperson to join our team at our Arlington, Texas dealership. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the exciting and ever-growing auto industry. As a Salesperson at Frank Kent Cadillac, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, showcasing the latest Cadillac models, and ultimately driving sales and revenue for the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with a competitive compensation package ranging from $36,000 to $250,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to a generous commission structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase the latest Cadillac models to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers with vehicle selection
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process sales paperwork and follow-up on customer inquiries and requests
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance sales and customer service skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury vehicles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
