Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

  • Implementation & Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Ensure systems are updated and patched regularly.

  • Data Management: Support data management tasks including database queries, data migration, and report generation. Ensure data integrity and security.

  • Project Assistance: Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers on IT projects. Assist in project planning, execution, and documentation.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures. Update knowledge base articles and user guides as necessary.

  • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications. Develop training materials and user documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or a related role preferred. Entry-level candidates with relevant internships or academic projects will also be considered.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and IT support tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
