Join our team as an Insurance Receptionist at Time Insurance Agency Inc. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling walk-ins and efficiently managing incoming calls. With a strong focus on customer service, you will ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and directed to the appropriate person. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, this position is for you.

The working hours would be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with an hour break for lunch, followed by resuming work from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This equates to approximately 32 hours per week.

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Office Hours

• Answer and manage incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and transferring calls to the relevant team members.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, and scanning.

• No previous experience is required Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
• Prior experience required in a customer service or receptionist role, with high proficiency in handling high volume phone calls and walk-in inquiries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
• Comfortable working with computers and basic office software applications.
