Dealership Quick Lube Technician

Volkswagen of Mandeville has experienced rapid growth in the last two years and is seeking a qualified EXPERIENCED Lube Tech. Imagine a shop where your productivity is valued, desired, and rewarded, our technicians now have the potential to flag as much as they themselves can work on in a week and your production will not go unrewarded, there is a family atmosphere in the shop where we help each other and learn from one another. While we are continuing to make changes in shop appearance and shop equipment (including adding A/C to the shop soon), we are looking for Experienced Quick Lube Technicians that are comfortable turning wrenches and looking to work for a family-owned business where you’re more than a number, you are family

**This position is for someone who has previous experience in Quick Lube

We will consider someone with limited experience under the right circumstances.

• After Two Years of Employment: Receive $1000.00

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and the time of others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Previous Experience as a Quick Lube Tech
