Automotive Accounting Personnel

Our company has an outstanding opportunity in the accounting department for results-focused, highly driven and experienced Automotive Accounting Personnel. We are seeking an individual with automotive accounting experience and knowledge of dealership policies and procedures to assist in all areas of business office. This position will require knowledge of CDK DMS system, Excel, as well as automotive dealership documents and understanding of dealership accounting, which includes but is not limited to: billing, titling, rebates, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, aftermarket policy cancellation, vehicle purchases and trades, reporting, and accounting of repairs orders and parts invoices.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and 1 year related experience. Industry experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required. Administrative Writing Skills, Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting, Research Results, Verbal Communication.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to utilize manual dexterity as well as stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
