Gerhards Appliance a family-run business for 75 years, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and motivated Showroom Admin who will be responsible for supporting Sales Consultants with day-to-day tasks, assisting clients both in-store and by phone, meeting individual/store goals and most importantly building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure the highest level of customer service

Individual responsibilities will include engaging in conversation with potential clients to assist Sales Consultants throughout the buying process. Other key responsibilities include: writing up sales, processing payments, problem solving client issues, keeping individual showrooms cleaned and organized, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need great organizational, customer service, and communication skills. Most importantly, we are looking for self-motivated individuals who can assist with various project-based assignments as needed.

Responsibilities
Assisting Sales Consultants with day-to-day tasks.
Welcoming and qualifying clients in the showroom.
Helping clients during the process of purchasing their home appliances.
Basic understanding of product and installation knowledge (training provided).
Providing excellent Gerhards client experience.
Understanding of company operations.
Coordinating with the Delivery and Service departments to help clients.
Help in keeping high Gerhards Showroom standards.
. Project based work as needed

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule ability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $16.00-$20.00 an hour +Bonuses
