Revology Cars is hiring a dedicated Accountant at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build 1965-1968 Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT new licensed reproduction rolling chassis and restored original automobiles.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • As an Accountant at Revology Cars, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Accountant by preparing monthly financial statements, managing general and sub-ledgers, reconciling bank accounts and purchase orders, and processing data within our Accounting and ERP systems.
  • You will collaborate closely with the accounting team to optimize accounting processes and resolve discrepancies efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation before processing payments.
  • Enter invoice and general ledger data accurately.
  • Reconcile purchase orders and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process.
  • Support tax-related matters, including W9 updates and 1099 distribution.
  • Support the Senior Accountant and the CFO as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or Auditor.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • CPA license or successful completion of at least two CPA Core Exam Sections. Revology will assist you during the licensing process.

PAY AND BENEFITS

  • Pay Scale: $73,900 to 82,000, depending on experience.

  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match.
  • Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave.
