At Revology Cars, we hire both experienced and entry level technicians. The level of skill and experience required depends on the specific job. To be successful at our company, you must be committed to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
PAY AND BENEFITS
  • An auto body technician at Revology Cars will make between $22-33/hour depending on his or her skills and experience.
  • This is not a flat rate job. The pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hours.
  • The work week is 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Optional Friday overtime work may be available.
  • We offer company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • 80.0 hours paid time off (PTO) starts accruing immediately after hire, and new hires are eligible for holiday pay (72.0 hours per year) after only 90 days.
  • All full-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) with up to 4% company match after only 180 days.
  • We work in a modern, 50,979 sq. ft. 100% air-conditioned facility with dust and weld fume extraction systems, first-class amenities, and convenient parking.

ABOUT THE JOB
  • The automotive assembly Technician will be assigned to the Trim workstation in the Assembly department. Trim is the first four stations after the car leaves the paint dept. There are a total of 28 workstations in the production area.
  • Trim automotive technicians install NVH material, electrical harnesses and components, glass and mechanisms, exterior trim, HVAC systems, fuel lines and tank and conduct electrical and water leak quality checks.
  • Trim has an important impact on the quality of the finished product. Proper assembly and installation of components saves hours of time in production and makes other workstations run smoothly.
  • Automotive technicians in trim possess a keen eye for detail, have great dexterity, are inquisitive and take pride in their work.
  • The automotive trim technician is physically able to lift 50lbs and is comfortable working in restricted spaces. Trim technicians work efficiently and with a quality mindset to complete one car every 25 hours.
  • The variety of jobs available means there is a path to career growth as a technician becomes more skilled.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, standing and walking much of the time, and with a certain amount of manual dexterity (the ability to pick up, handle, and manipulate tools, parts, and/or materials quickly and accurately).
  • Ability to maneuver into, around, and about vehicles or components on an assembly line. Tasks may require a certain amount of reaching, twisting, and bending.
  • Ability to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks.
  • Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perceive differences in very specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or code.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining, and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail, great dexterity, inquisitive, and take pride in his/her work. 
  • Able to work efficiently and consistently with a quality mindset. 
  • All positions require the ability and willingness to follow work instructions and do things the same way, to the same high standard of quality, every time. 
  • All positions require familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, an iPad.
