Job Description: Patient Care Coordinator - Stanford Hearing Aids

Job Duties:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • - Greeting patients with a positive attitude, ready to help solve their needs
  • - Handling inbound marketing calls and reaching out to patients proactively
  • - Coordinating hearing care providers' schedules
  • - Verifying patient insurance benefits and coverage
  • - Maintaining accurate records in practice management software
  • - Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • - Engaging in community outreach events and health fairs

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you should have the following:

  • - High School diploma
  • - Clear, strong voice with an energetic and outgoing personality
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions
  • - 1-2+ years of office experience in a patient-driven industry
  • - Familiarity with word processing and database software
  • - Ability to efficiently manage a busy office environment
Working Hours: 
8:30 am - 5:30 pm M-Th
8:00 am - 1:00 pm F

Expected Start Date: 
Aug 12th

Pay
$18-$20 Hr
