Caregiver, HHA/CNA  with $100 Bonus (after 30days)

Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, located in Huntington, Indiana. As a Caregiver, HHA/CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and overall well-being.    Be The Change, to stand out from the crowd, and make a difference in the lives of your clients and your community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow care plans and document all services provided
- Familiarize yourself with clients' specific needs and preferences
- Performs light housekeeping, dishes, laundry, sweep, mop and vacuum

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Caregiver
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid, but will provide
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check 
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
