Taylor Management, a well-established residential property management company, is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our team. With over 25 years of experience, Taylor Management provides exceptional service to condominium and homeowner associations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the management team, handle phone calls and inquiries from homeowners, assist with maintaining accurate records, process invoices, and perform other general administrative tasks as needed. This is a part-time position 3 days a week.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in administrative roles, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
