WebBits LLC is looking for an experienced Corporate Controller to manage their portfolio of seven companies, primarily in the Corporate Construction Management, Precision Manufacturing Services, Blockchain, Bitcoin, and E-Commerce sectors. This position reports directly to the owners. It is a fully remote, full-time, year-round position. Duties include:


Performing all day-to-day accounting functions of the affiliated companies including:

  • Bitcoin transaction experience, application and fluency
  • E-Commerce management experience
  • AR/AP; including compiling, reconciling, recording, submitting, paying and collecting vendor/customer invoices
  • Human Resources, including reconciling, compiling and submitting weekly multi-state payroll, employee benefits coordination (dental, vision, 401k plan, etc), including employee withholding and census reports for
