Conduct regular maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
Train and mentor helpers for efficient site management.
Oversee site setup and cleanup.
Enforce safety protocols.
Manage materials and resources.
Build positive on-site relationships, upholding Norberg Electric's quality standards.

Who We Looking For
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Electrical Knowledge: Proficient in commercial electrical systems.
Troubleshooting: Skilled at identifying and solving electrical problems.
Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in all electrical work.
Efficient: Manages time well but doesn't need to be a clock-watcher.
Physical Ability: Capable of handling physically demanding tasks.
Good with Numbers: Comfortable doing basic math for the job.
Good with People: Friendly and respectful to everyone on the job.
Safety Focus: Adheres to all electrical safety standards and practices.
