Job description

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen to the chefs standard
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative menu items
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Help assist Chef de cuisine with daily product orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for pizza
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of menu planning, food service, and restaurant management
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Some Spanish language skills are preferred
