Job Title: Copywriter

Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week 

Reports to: Creative Director 

FLSA Status: Exempt 

Content Crafter Wanted: Unleash Your Inner Wordsmith 

Are you tired of writing grocery lists and birthday card greetings? Do your pet’s Instagram captions get more engagement than your company blog? Then ditch the thesaurus and dust off your keyboard, because we need YOU, a superstar copywriter, to join our team 

Responsibilities (but way more fun than they sound): 

  • Craft copy that crackles with wit and makes conversion rates sing (think catchy jingle, not off-key karaoke). 

  • Become a chameleon, changing your tone from sassy social media captions to informative website copy smoother than David Hasselhoff in a leather jacket (Google it, you’ll get what we mean). 

  • Research like a champ, but with less dusty textbooks and more fascinating internet rabbit holes (because who doesn't love a good Wikipedia spiral?). 

  • Work with our awesome team (yes, we're biased, but it's true) to brainstorm ideas that are so good, they'll make our competitors cry into their lukewarm coffee. BTW, we love coffee and coffee :30 is ALWAYS a thing. 

  • Most importantly, unleash your inner wordsmith and sprinkle your magic copy dust all over our projects. 

Warning: This job involves wielding words like a social media ninja, charming website visitors with witty prose, and turning email campaigns into click-magnet masterpieces. Prepare to unleash your inner wordsmith on everything from ads to blog posts, because boring just won't cut it. 

Bonus points if you can: 

  • Quote The Office (is that a Dundie Award on your desk?).  

  • Craft a killer email subject line that doesn't scream "SPAM" (we're looking at you, all-caps guy). 

  • Turn a boring product description into something so irresistible, people will be begging to throw money at us (responsibly, of course).
