AUI Power is looking for a skilled, self-motivated, dependable, and hardworking team player who can join our company as a Fleet Administrator to help manage our world class fleet in our Fleet Department. Working in the electric utility construction industry is for those who want a rewarding career as part of a team providing vital service to our customers and the public we serve.

 

The Fleet Administrator should be someone who has a passion for equipment and everything about it. This person will work alongside the Equipment Manager overseeing the entirety of the new and existing equipment procedures.

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Registering and licensing all vehicles
  • Managing the cost/allocation of each piece of equipment
  • Manage telematic software to ensure it is accurate and functioning
  • Equipment costing and billing – ensuring that our customer is billed, as well as tracking total fuel costs and other expenses
  • Insuring all roadable assets
  • Managing Insurance Claims
  • Assisting with the administrative set up of newly purchased assets and the decommissioning of sold assets
  • Managing Fuel Card and EZ Pass Accounts
  • Manage Weekly Truck Wash
  • Other duties as assigned
