  • Review construction plans for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to engineering specifications.
  • Aid in plan preparation, calculations, and structural component design.
  • Review drafter mark-ups, address deficiencies, and support team members in resolving design issues.
  • Create technical documents such as reports, response letters, and calculation packages
Qualifications:
  • Typically, seeking candidates with over 2 years of hands-on structural engineering experience, along with proficiency in Autocad and Revit.
  • Essential to have a solid grasp of structural engineering principles and familiarity with industry-standard tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability in utilizing material design manuals, design guides, and building codes is crucial.
  • Competency in executing tasks using AutoCAD or Revit software is required.
  • Strong mathematical acumen is necessary for accurate calculations and error detection.
  • Project management skills are valued for practical application.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering design software is expected.
