**Position Overview:**

As part of the Pastry department, you will be responsible for batch-producing our specialized dessert menu according to established recipes and preparation needs. This role requires pastry experience, preferably in fine casual settings, and the ability to work effectively with other chefs while following their recipes meticulously.
