Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling is seeking candidates with recent sales experience to schedule and meet with clients in their homes to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with a proven track record of success. If you enjoy working with people providing them with product and service which you can stand behind then this may be the opportunity for you. Work hours will include some evenings and weekend work.
HVAC Sales
Position Summary: To build a client base of satisfied residential customers by analyzing customer needs and recommending / selling high value air conditioning, heating and energy conservation products and services. Position offers a company vehicle and gas card.
Work hours: Hours will vary depending on appointments scheduled. Weekend and evening availability required.
Compensation: Ranges between $75K and $150K depending on experience & performance + benefits
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to the sale and delivery of high quality solutions to residential customers
- Proven ability to meet sales and other performance objectives
- Knowledge of home performance and HVAC / home comfort issues and solutions, including heat load calculations (Manual J), duct design, insulation performance, air balancing, etc. (or the willingness and ability to learn)
- Knowledge of and experience with utility rebate and incentive programs
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- College degree or equivalent experience in construction technology, environmental issues or business a plus
