Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for safety in the shop
• Create new training opportunities for safety measures
• Conduct regular safety meetings
• Work with OSHA and WSI to handle claims and compliance
• Implement LEAN strategies for production
• Manage various tasks related to safety and ensure a safe work environment

Other Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a backup for Floor Truss design
• Assist with inventory and maintenance logs
• Support administrative tasks for production

Training and Development:

Company will provide training and cover the cost of certifications required to fulfill job duties
