Job Overview

Peak Sodding is a residential sod and artificial turf contractor. We specialize in those two services almost exclusively. We are a rapidly growing company establishing ourselves as the premier sod and artificial turf installation provider in the greater Triangle, NC area. 

We need someone who is hungry and likes the challenge of making our client experience incredible. You don't have to have exceptional experience. What you do need, is to be eager to learn, take pride in excellent work, but have humility to constantly pursue growth. We will train you in how, but we are leaning on you to deliver. The work is meticulous and requires an eye for quality, even a sense of perfectionism. Even more so, a desire to blow our clients away with beautiful craftsmanship and a heart for service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead, build, inspire and support your crew to providing amazing installations.
• Follow proper installation methods and techniques to ensure a the BEST final product.
• Proficiently and safely operate various pieces landscape equipment if need be (experience is a huge plus).
• Meet with team weekly to help optimize, enhance and fine tune our client and production team experience.
• Track job progress, time and costs through our software. 
• Communicate with clients regularly (in-person and by phone) with project updates, ETAs, addressing concerns and answering questions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Driver's License in the State of North Carolina
• Good communication skills.
• Prior experience with sod or artificial turf is a bonus, but not a deal breaker.
• Quick thinking, adaptability and a level head when things don’t go as planned.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Familiarity with computers and apps.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting 50+ lbs.
