Our custom technology ensures transparency and efficiency at every step of the process.


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to support the business team's decision-making processes. You will produce detailed reports, visualizations, and actionable insights to drive our company forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and compile data from our database to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to present data insights.
  • Develop and automate regular and ad-hoc reports in various formats, including CSV files.
  • Collaborate with the business team to understand reporting needs and requirements.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports.
  • Assist in the development of data models and predictive analytics to forecast future trends.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the legal or medical industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data manipulation tools.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Postgres and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
