We are growing and are looking to add to our team The HVAC New Construction Installer will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems for residential and/or light commercial customers.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install HVAC systems and their components.
  • Install ductwork, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisor throughout the job to ensure timely work and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
  • Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Develop and follow work instructions.
  • Keep area clean and organized.
  • Promote safety, teamwork, and cooperation.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, training and seminars, as assigned.
  • Respond to emergency situations during or after hours.
  • Occasionally travel out of town for work assignments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer helpful.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on ladders and in high places.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred.
  • Must provide own hand tools.


EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

  • HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
