Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWeekend | Day shift 7a-7p | PRN
Serves as clerical support for the department under the supervision of the RN/LPN. Duties include: processing physician orders, assisting with admission/discharge/transfer paperwork, ensuring adequate supply levels, ordering supplies and nourishment, answering phones and relaying messages. This position is responsible for updating patient charts, including transcribing physician orders, identifying and removing/reporting unsafe equipment or conditions, maintaining census and related records under the direction of the nurse manager.
