The Career Development Productivity Coach works collaboratively as part of the Market Center’s leadership team.
The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping associates to ultimately achieve capper status as efficiently as possible. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center training including, but not limited to, Ignite and BOLD along with other Market Center training. The Productivity Coach will identify potential candidates for coaching, consult with those associates to help discover their goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks their results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.
Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful coaching and guidance, and celebrating success through others. They view learning as the foundation of their business and understand their contribution to the Market Center and leadership objectives.
Compensation:$55,000+ annually
Responsibilities:- Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping associates
- Ensure at least 20% of PC Program participants are in production each month
- Make calls to all leads that the Market Center generates and continue to follow up with those leads
- Hold a minimum of 12 recruiting appointments a month
- Recruit 3 agents each month (new or in production)
- Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production as quickly as possible
- Coach and train associates on the activities that will lead them to meet their goals
- Coach and train on the systems, models, and technology (Command) that Keller Williams provides
- Track results and share them with the MC Leadership team
- Attend all leadership meetings and training
- Actively participate as a leader in the Market Center
- Teach classes that effectively help new agents get into high-level production
- Must have Real Estate Sales experience
