Located in middle Michigan, Covenant HealthCare is seeking a well-qualified Gynecologic Oncologist to practice full-time within this collegial medical group setting. Due to increasing volumes and need for improved patient access, this new position is a high priority for the system.

As the largest (over 560 physicians and 4,400 employees), most comprehensive health care provider in this region, Covenant can offer state-of-the-art technologies in combination with a compassionate and highly trained staff.

Job Description:
Huge need for expanded GYN/ONC services in the areaInpatient-outpatient provider. Monday through Friday clinic/hospital/surgery 8-hour days + shared call coverage.Good shared call arrangement with other Covenant and local physiciansNationally recognized and accredited Cancer Care Center with MD Anderson affiliationMulti-disciplinary model for cancer care within the systemOpportunity to participate in tumor boards and conferencesOpen to H-1B candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
Excellent compensation package based on MGMA standards and experience. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.Signing bonusRelocation assistanceStudent loan repayment and/or educational stipends for residents and fellowsProfessional liability coverageHealth insuranceDental and visionShort- and long-term disabilityLife insurancePaid CME the practice assumes some of the physician s expenses such as membership in one organization, renewal of licenses, etc.

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology - REQUIRED
  • Active MI license (or in process of obtaining) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
