Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Hourly Rate: $16.50 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Service Greeter. This role involves providing excellent customer service by welcoming service customers as they arrive, collecting necessary information, confirming the purpose of their visit, and safely maneuvering their vehicles from the service drive to the holding lot. This position requires a friendly demeanor, great people skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Greeting: Warmly welcome service customers as they enter the dealership, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

  2. Information Collection: Gather essential customer information, including their name, contact details, and reason for the service visit.

  3. Confirmation of Service Needs: Engage customers in conversation to confirm the purpose of their visit, ensuring accurate understanding of their service requirements.

  4. Vehicle Movement: Safely drive customer vehicles from the service drive to the holding lot located behind the dealership, adhering to all safety guidelines.

  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with service advisors and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

  6. Walking and Mobility: Perform tasks that involve a decent amount of walking and mobility within the dealership premises.
