Position Overview & Responsibilities:
PK Property Services is looking for motivated and reliable candidates for commercial cleaning. We have a Day Floater position that can be start immediately. Apply today, start tomorrow.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and travel between locations when necessary. You will be covering shifts, cleaning, and training all around the Twin Cities area. This is a Full-Time position. You must have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday. 8-hours shift, start time:
1st shift: 8am until work is finished.

Shift: 8am- until work is finished Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
Must be willing to drive to different job locations, when necessary
Must have a valid Driver’s License & a clean driving record
Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
Ability to operate minor equipment
Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
Must occasionally life and/or move up 50 pounds
Must be able to drive to multiple places
