Position Overview

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention/Watchman to join our team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing after-hours activities, ensuring the security of our facilities, and preventing loss through vigilant monitoring and proactive intervention.

Paid Vacation

  • 40 hours per year (monthly accrual). Accrual period starts January 1. The PTO balance will be prorated for the year depending on the start date.


Paid Holidays 

  • Seven paid holidays per year.


Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

  • Understand and know safe lifting techniques to lift and load tires of all sizes (personal vehicle, truck, and tractor tires).
  • Knowledge and understanding of navigating with local maps.
  • Maintain a positive customer service attitude in demanding situations.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch through the successful completion of DVIR's; maintain clean, safe equipment.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with appropriate safety standards.
  • Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes
  • Clean driving record (Copy of driving record required)
  • Requires (1) year commercial driving experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Class B license preferred, but not required. 
  • Be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and have a strong commitment to safety
