General Help Job description:

Double E LLC is an international market leader in the engineering and manufacturing of web handling and converting solutions. Our broad portfolio of products are marketed to the paper, tissue, film and foil converting industries.

Double E is currently experiencing a surge in growth and we are investing in a top level, energetic General Helper to assist and keep Double E running smoothly.


General Help Responsibilities:

· Assist in the Manufacturing Department

· Building of skids, crates and packaging of equipment for shipment.

· Loading and unloading of trucks.

· Deburr and sand machined parts.

· Use of the saw to cut raw materials, as needed.

· Moving and/or installing equipment or furniture.

· General facility and equipment, maintenance and repair

· Preventative maintenance

· Work with outside contractors as required.

· Keep appropriate records of time, expenses, equipment condition

· Assure the operation and continuous improvement of plants security, safety and housekeeping. Snow removal.

· Maintain condition of equipment and facility in respect to electrical, plumbing, construction, mechanical repair and installation.

· Other duties as assigned.





Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Safe forklift operation. Existing forklift license ideal.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple departments

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented.

• Team player and very energetic willing to help when needed.


Education and Experience

• Previous Machine Shop experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
