Requirements:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Efficiently manage book of business to identify challenges; adapt to market trends and strategies, assess, and mitigate risks associated with investments, risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Collaborates with affluent clients to identify their financial aspirations, assess their financial circumstances, and devise tailored recommendations aimed at achieving clearly defined goals.
  • Effectively communicate intricate financial solutions to clients, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and adept relationship-building techniques.
  • Cultivates enduring and meaningful client relationships, facilitating the development and execution of suitable financial strategies.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of independent responsibility and oversight in managing a significant book of business or equivalent experience.
  • A history of fostering enduring relationships with affluent clientele over a period of 5+ years is essential.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing a diverse range of accounts encompassing various asset sizes and types such as Retirement accounts, Individual investment accounts, LLC’s, College savings, etc.
  • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of investment markets, products, and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical skills and excellent work ethics are necessary.

Educational Requirements and FINRA Registrations:

  • BA or BS Degree in Accounting or in Finance; preferred.
  • Registrations - Series 7 + Series 63 or 66, Series 65, CFA, CFP
  • All licenses must be obtained within 120 days from the start date.
