We are currently looking for a talented AI Integration Specialist to assume a crucial role in our fast-paced IT environment. As a valuable connection between our front-end team and core infrastructure developers, you will be at the forefront of integrating multitasking AI agents and utilizing prompt engineering to further enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents to optimize our operational infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our development team to deploy AI tools that automate and innovate design processes.
  • Work alongside IT infrastructure developers to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies with existing systems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive continuous innovation within the department.
  • Provide AI-related insights and guidance to cross-functional teams to support the strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements

    • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, particularly in the context of infrastructure optimization and process automation.
    • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with popular AI and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the Transformers library by Hugging Face.
    • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including tokenization, embedding, language models, and transformer architectures.
    • Skilled in training and fine-tuning language models on specific datasets to customize chat agent responses.
    • Experience with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to improve model training and inference performance.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs for integrating software components and connecting agents with management interfaces or external data sources.
    • Knowledge of webhooks and real-time communication protocols like WebSocket for enabling live updates and notifications within the management interface.
    • Proficiency in version control tools like Git for code management and collaboration.
    • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker for deploying and scaling chat agents across different environments.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning model deployment.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive continuous innovation.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide AI-related insights and guidance to support the organization's strategic goals.
