Seeking a Dietitian for Burlingame Eating Disorder PHP/IOP Program and outpatient.

Eating Disorder PHP/IOP/OP programs at Los Gatos Therapy Center help clients, who struggle with Eating Disorders to manage their behaviors, learn coping skills, and gain all necessary tools to continue on the path to recovery. We are searching for positive, passionate, and hardworking individuals to join our growing company.

General Responsibilities

· Coordinate nutritional care of PHP, IOP and outpatient clients and complete nutritional assessments

· Provide nutritional counseling education for clients and their families

· Participate in case management and treatment planning

· Assist in meal planning and preparation for clients, reintegrating food and beverages to individuals in a healthy manner

· Lead and facilitate educational groups

· Develop educational resources

· Assist in aftercare planning for clients, helping facilitate nutrition and diet in discharge planning

· Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with clients and/or families

Qualifications

· Registered Dietitian (must provide credential)

· Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards

· Experience working in the mental health and/or eating disorder field. Knowledge of HAES and Intuitive Eating Principles.

· Familiarity with state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations

· Flexibility in work hours and work arrangements, you may be asked to perform the same task for an extended period of time or to perform different tasks on the same day.
