Essential Functions of a Patient Scheduler
Required Education and Experience
- Bilingual in Korean/Spanish and English (must speak Korean or Spanish)
- 1+ years experience as Scheduler/Front-desk Receptionist in medical field
- 1+ years experience in Radiology preferred but not required
Preferred Education and Experience
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)
- 1+ years experience in Radiology preferred but not required
