What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the opening and closing of all work orders. Perform this function with accuracy and make recommendations and changes as necessary and/or as directed by the department manager.
• Process and file all open OEM warranty claims
• Maintain current warranty A/R status including correction and resubmittal and claim reconciliation
• Ensure warranty claims are appealed with OEM guidelines
• Ensure warranty parts are returned within OEM guidelines
• Responsible for department paperwork filing
• Print/post departmental benchmarks
• Maintain administrative benchmarks, i.e. invoicing throughput
• Maintain/monitor Procare database
• Coordinate all future centralized warranty administration
• Prepare schedules for payroll and recordkeeping purposes, i.e. vacation time, sick time, overtime equalization, etc.
• Perform administrative functions that help any and all departments maintain proper customer satisfaction.
• Help answer telephones and perform administrative duties on an as needed basis.
