As an Evening Call Specialist at FirstLink, get ready for an exciting and rewarding role Your main responsibility will be answering calls and providing assistance to individuals in need, whether it's offering a listening ear or connecting them with local resources. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, making a positive impact on people's lives. In this position, you can pick how many hours you'd like to work Part-time can work between 7-29 hours per week This schedule gives you plenty of time to enjoy your mornings and take care of personal errands before heading to work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EVENING CALL SPECIALIST

To excel as an Evening Call Specialist at FirstLink, there are a few key skills and qualifications that will set you up for success. First and foremost, strong communication skills are a must. You'll be speaking with individuals in various emotional states, so being able to effectively listen, empathize, and provide assistance is crucial.

Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. You'll encounter a variety of situations and scenarios, so being able to think quickly on your feet and find appropriate solutions is important. While prior call center experience is a plus, it is not required.

We value individuals who are compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about helping others. As for software and tools, we'll provide you with the necessary training to use our call management system and other tools specific to the role. All we ask is that you have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technology.
