  • They should have IAM/Cybersecurity understanding(I can help with SailPoint basic understanding).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Confident, good attitude is must.
  • Should have worked on Service now or have basic understanding of handling tickets.
