We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for a rewarding opportunity within the Somerville School District. This role involves providing 1:1 support to a student during an initial 8-week trial period. If progress is observed during this period, the position will be extended for the remainder of the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a student on a 1:1 basis to implement behavior intervention plans.
- Track and report on the student’s progress.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support the student’s development.
