Human Resources Generalist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis job requires the coordination of policies and personnel systems that are related to all aspects of human resources activities, in accordance with both federal and state regulations, for UGSC (USA) and UG Mexico. The position reports to the Director of Employee Benefits & Wellness and is responsible for managing various human resources activities such as employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, record keeping, safety and employee services. 

Requirements
Education Requirements:
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Alternatively, the candidate can have equivalent work experience and educational qualifications to perform the job.
Experience Requirements: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the areas of human resources, payroll, and benefit administration.
