Job Title: Nurse Residency - Med/Surg Nurse Resident

 

Job Type: Full-Time Nights (Rotating Weekends) 

 

Job Location: CHATTANOOGA, TN 37404

 

Salary: $26.12/hr. (rate increases based on prior healthcare experience)

Are you a new graduate RN looking to gain valuable acute care nursing experience? Join our Tristar Nurse Residency Program We are excited to offer you a unique opportunity to kickstart your nursing career through our yearlong residency program. The Residency is an intensive program designed to provide new graduate nurses with the necessary skills and experience in acute care nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current TN RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing within the past 1 year
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • All candidates must have active OPT (Optional Practical Training) employment authorization for a year.

  • New graduates with RN licensure are accepted.
  • We welcome candidates with corrections/home health/LTAC experience and those looking to return to acute care in a hospital setting.
  • We are seeking candidates with high energy, passion, and a willingness to learn.
  • $5K relocation assistance for candidates living 50+ miles away.
  • Canadian students accepted.
  • Visa sponsorship offered for international students who graduated from an accredited nursing program within the United States.

Sign-on Bonus:

Med-Surg/PCU - $12,500K Quarterly ($7.5K Upfront option)

We will have monthly start dates in 2023. Exact start dates will vary by specialty.
