You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Oversee IBMi (AS400/iSeries) system administration, including IBM MQ and WebSphere. Manage software replication technologies such as MIMIX and Global Mirror.
- Technical Support: Provide expertise in Cisco switches and external storage systems, including IBM DS8K. Handle SAN fabric and IBM Power Hardware (Power 9).
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate technical deliverables, engaging multiple teams to ensure seamless execution. Communicate objectives, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate work objectives and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables. Facilitate synchronization across different organizations.
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem determination skills to address and resolve technical issues. Work effectively with users and application teams.
- On-Call Support: Be available for on-call support as needed.
- Proficiency in IBMi (AS400/iSeries) system administration and related technologies.

- Knowledge of IBM Power Hardware (Power 9) and SAN fabric.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to collaborate with users and application teams.
- Availability for on-call support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
