Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends and behaviors based on historical data.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs and develop predictive solutions that address their challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate predictive models and assess their accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate predictive analytics findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of predictive models, making adjustments and improvements as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across predictive analytics projects and reporting tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in predictive analytics and data science.
  • Provide training and support to teams on predictive analytics tools and methodologies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or advanced certification in predictive analytics preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Predictive Analytics Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing predictive models.
  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices and experience with data management tools and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
