Maintenance Supervisor/ Planner

REAL ALLOY is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills at our Loudon, TN location.

As our new Maintenance Supervisor for Real Alloy- Loudon, TN you will use your knowledge to mentor and train the maintenance team in addition to coordinating the department's various activities including PMs, MVP system, and repairs to equipment and facility.

If you are a Maintenance Supervisor who can:

- Comply with plant safety rules, and company policies and ensure all team members adhere as well.

- Review and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.

- Ensure all team members are properly trained and motivated to perform at a high level.

- Create and post requisitions and purchase orders in the system.

- Understand and communicate the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork within the Maintenance department.

- Demonstrate excellent planning, organizing, time management, and computer skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills.

- Supervise direct reports who perform the maintenance and repair functions in a safe manner.

Qualifications:

**We are looking for a highly-skilled, results-driven, focused and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Real Alloy- Loudon, TN Team**

If you are an individual with:

-High School Diploma or GED.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, experience with MVP preferred but not required.

- Background in Manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures required.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, procedures manuals, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and specifications, etc.

- Knowledge and experience with natural gas furnace and gas combustion systems, bag house and environmental equipment, refractory, mobile equipment PLCs, and electrical.

- Ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze best practice maintenance procedures and systems to determine cause and effect relationships.

- Maintenance Scheduling experience.

- Experience leading a team of 10 or more.
