Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey of care and compassion? Crystal Springs Inc., a leading nonprofit organization in the heart of Assonet, MA, at our ABLE II facility, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Group Day Program Caregivers.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

We offer competitive pay rates between $15.00 and $17.50 per hour, with the opportunity for Retention Pay. That's right, we reward our caregivers with an additional $1.50 per hour. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. There will also be a mandatory training your first week with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

All that you need is:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience or specific skills in working with developmentally disabled individuals in a habilitation or vocational setting
  • Valid driver's license for 6 months with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass van driving in-service

In this role, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic group of residents, providing exceptional care, skilled teaching, and unwavering support to individuals with disabilities. You will be the driving force behind ensuring our residents' well-being by transporting them to and from home, medical appointments, and even dental and psychiatric visits.

You will also accompany and support them during exciting leisure activities. You will also be a vital part of crisis assessment and prevention, equipped with the knowledge to intervene when necessary.
