Job Title: Scheduling Clerk

Reports to: Scheduling Team Lead

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Position Objective / Summary: The Scheduling Clerk performs all tasks involved in the storage, retrieval, and maintenance of the retained samples. Performs entry level Scheduling duties related to closing and creating work orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Retrieves historical retain samples / print sheets as indicated by Job Tracker task process

• Delivers sample folders to Scheduling Team

• Assists with printing Work Orders as indicated by Job Tracker task process

• Pulls correct sample retain, pairs with work order, and delivers to Graphics

• Interface with Customer Service, Scheduling, Graphics, and Manufacturing with any questions regarding sample retains and work orders

• Maintains sample retain area to optimize efficient retrieval of samples

• Closes out work orders consuming labor and materials ; reports discrepancies to Inventory Manager

• Maintain and file down all paperwork, records, documents, etc. associated with the work order

• Assists with certain Planning related duties to include task assignments and Work Order creation.

• Performs related duties as needed by supervision

• Makes recommendations for process improvement

· Proficient at the use of computers and utilizing multiple software programs simultaneously

· Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications

· Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

· Professional appearance and presentation required

· Exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail

Education Requirements:

· Minimum of Associate’s degree or experience equivalent in a related field is required.

• Sit or stand as needed
