We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our network of healthcare professionals, both for staffing agency placements and home care assignments. RNs play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, serving as advocates for individuals across the lifespan.


  1. Assess patient health status, develop comprehensive nursing care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers, adhering to medication safety protocols and best practices.
  3. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures.
  5. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  6. Advocate for patient rights, autonomy, and dignity, promoting a culture of patient-centered care and shared decision-making.
  7. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, implementing infection control measures and safety protocols.
  8. Collaborate with community resources and support services to facilitate transitions of care and promote continuity across healthcare settings.
Requirements:
  1. Valid RN license
  2. Minimum of [1] years of clinical experience as an RN, with demonstrated proficiency in acute care, home care, or similar setting.
  3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and respond effectively to emergent situations.

  7. Proficiency in electronic documentation systems and basic computer skills.
  8. Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations.
